1. Defendant A, B, C, and D’s crime is a person who puts on an advertisement that Defendant A, B, C, and D purchases a smartphone that it acquired through the Internet while living in China, and has the solicitation books residing in Korea buy the smartphone that they stolen or embezzled from those who reported and contacted such advertisement, and sells it at a higher price.
