A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall use or benefit from State property without following procedures and methods prescribed by the State Property Act or other Acts.

Nevertheless, from August 16, 2013 to October 25, 2013, the Defendant used a residential assembly building on the land of 88 square meters in Gyeonggi-do, which is the State property under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of National Defense, to construct and use the residential assembly building without permission.
