Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall use or take profits from State property without following procedures and methods prescribed by the State Property Act.

Nevertheless, from August 28, 2014 to August 2015, the Defendant used and profit from state property by displaying a closed fishing vessel to the Gangseo-si B miscellaneous land (Ministry of National Defense), which is state property.
