Punishment of the crime

around 17:59 on February 21, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter stating that “D” account will be sold to the Internet “C” at the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Bel, and reported it to the victim E who made contact with “C,” but in fact, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to sell the said account because, even if he received C mileage from the victim, the Defendant was able to make personal consumption by cashing it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, by deceiving the victim E and receiving C mileages equivalent to KRW 110,00 from the victim E, and acquired a total of KRW 8,950,000 from the victim from the date and time to July 13, 2019, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 49, such as the list of crimes.

On October 10, 2019, the Defendant posted a false statement to the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Fel G, stating that “The Internet website H sells the I Account” and “the I Account will sell the I Account if it comes to a prior payment” to the victim J who reported and contacted this article.

However, without any intention to sell the above account, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell it by receiving money from the victim with a false statement in order to raise the living expenses only without any intention to sell it.

The Defendant received 250,000 won from the victim to the K account (L) in the name of A.
