1. On February 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “JPC bank” located in Gangseo-gu I; (b) in fact, the Defendant posted a notice to sell the account of “K” game without the intent or ability to sell it; and (c) falsely read that “K will transfer the account to the victim N who reported and contacted the notice to sell the account of “K” (M); and (d) received 500,000 won from the victim to the G account in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim to the G account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.
2. The Defendant, around February 23, 2019, posted a letter stating that he/she would sell the main body of a computer on the Internet site “E” and falsely sent the victim D, Q and B with the statement that he/she would sell the main body of a computer on the Internet site “E” and sent the message to the victim D, Q and B, which called “I would send the computer by door, if he/she sent the money,” and that door to this account on February 23, 2019, around 427,000 won from the victim Q around February 23, 2019, and around 24, 427,000 won from the victim Q, and 420,000 won from the victim B as the price for each computer.
