Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Suwon District Court on January 1, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 11, 2013.

B. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant sold a disposable injection machine with approximately 0.3g of philopon, which was 300,000 won from E, in the residence of 202, U.S.F. 202, Sinsan-si, and in the name of philopon.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On December 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) placed in the Domo tele room located in Pyeongtaek-si C around 17: (b) placed approximately 0.05g philopon in a single-use injection machine; (c) injected it into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion; and (d) injected it by means of dilution.

B. On April 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.05ghon-phone at the G apartment shop toilet in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) dilution with water; and (c) administered it by means of injecting it into the Defendant’s arm’s blood transfusion.
