Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months in Busan District Court for violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in Busan Detention Center on November 7, 2012.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On September 20, 2013, around 20:0, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs from E, which were psychotropic drugs in Nam-gu, Busan, into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected them by means of injecting them into a single-use injection machine; and (c) dilution them with raw water.

2. On October 7, 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philophones received from E at the Defendant’s home of Busan Nam-gu Ftel 1204, into a single-use injection machine, dilution with bio-water, and then administered the spact in a way of injecting it into the sprink.

3. At around 21:00 on October 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.05g of philophones received from E in Busan Nam-gu, Busan, into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected them into a new-use serum; and (c) injected them in a way of injecting them.
