A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall intentionally cover a registration number plate of a motor vehicle or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, on March 10, 2017, around 16:25, the Defendant parked a DNA-learning car owned by the Defendant’s deceptive C in front of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do on March 10, 2017, and intentionally put the registration number plate of the said car by attaching the number plate in a white space after parking it in order to avoid the control of violating parking regulations.
