Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall intentionally cover a registration number plate of a motor vehicle or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 17:00 on December 4, 2017, the Defendant parked a DNA car owned by the Defendant on the front side of the “C” in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and intentionally put the registration number plate of the vehicle on the front side to avoid the crackdown on the violation of parking regulations.
