1. Crimes related to victims C;
A. The Defendant, at the victim C’s house in Yangcheon-gu Seoul apartment in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, was the victim’s U.S. bank credit card for the purpose of settling the joint living cost from the injured party while residing together with the victim C.
The Defendant, while keeping the said credit card on behalf of the victim on January 18, 2016, has terminated the community life with the victim and came at the victim’s house, but instead embezzled the said credit card without returning it to the victim.
B. Around January 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around January 18, 2016, at the home of the said victim C; (b) used the gap in the victim’s out-of-the-counter; (c) carried approximately KRW 100,000 in the market price owned by the victim; and (d) carried approximately KRW 20,00 in the market price.
2. Crimes related to credit cards;
A. On January 26, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit and the thief, at around 21:46, in the vicinity of the Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, the Defendant collected the credit card of C, which was embezzled as above, and then withdrawn the amount of KRW 70,000,000,000,000 from the victim’s cash service.
Accordingly, the defendant used the embezzled credit card and stolen cash owned by the victim.
B. Around January 26, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Financial Business Specializing in Credit and the F convenience store operated by the victim under Non-name E in Bupyeong-si, Bupyeong-si, 2016, by purchasing tobacco, presented to the employees of the victim as if he was the Defendant’s credit card, and settled the value of the goods, and then, the Defendant was granted 1 lux of tobacco equivalent to 45,000 won at the market price from the employee, and used the embezzled credit card.
The defendant, from that time to January 31, 2016, deceiving the victims in the same manner as the list of crimes in the attached Form.
