Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On April 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for fraud, embezzlement of possession, violation of credit-based financial business, computer and other crime of fraud at the Jung-gu District Court on April 29, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jung-gu prison on February 6, 2017.
[Criminal facts]

On April 8, 2017, around 19:49, the Defendant settled KRW 10,000 from “GPC room” operated by the victim F located in the fourth floor of the building E and charged the amount of money for using the PC room, and the Defendant used one credit card under the name of C acquired, such as that he/she presented and used it to the above victim as if he/she had a legitimate authority, and acquired property profits equivalent to KRW 20,000, around 19:50, around 19:50, around 19:50, around 19:50, around 20,000, around 19:50, around 20,000, and around 20,000, around 19:55.
