A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is engaged in driving of B low-speed motor vehicles at around 01:50 on December 18, 2014, without obtaining a driver’s license, and driving the said motor vehicle at around 01:19% under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.119% on the port side of Sungnam-si, leading the front distance of 170 Pungwon at the port side of Sungnam-si to the discharge of a powder-free hospital at the port side, while driving the motor vehicle at the same time, the Defendant was negligent in driving the motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at the same time while driving the motor vehicle at the same time and driving the motor vehicle at the same time, with a view to preventing the occurrence of accidents by accurately operating the steering direction and brake system at the same time, and without having to take necessary measures for the victim’s treatment at the same time, such as the victim’s 4-day-free vehicle at the same time after driving the motor vehicle at the right side of the above high-speed motor vehicle at the same time.
