Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall arrange for exchange or exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

Nevertheless, the Defendants shared their respective roles as above and recruited game points obtained through the game to exchange among customers who found the above game site.

On May 29, 2018, Defendant H, upon the above public offering by the Defendants, notified Defendant C of the demand from the above game room to exchange points of 100,000 points that he obtained from the customer M (name) in the game. Defendant C deducted 10% of the exchange commission in cash and gave KRW 90,000 to the above M.

Accordingly, from April 2018, Defendant A, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant G, and Defendant H exchanged tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products in collusion from May 2018 to June 6, 2018, respectively.
