Punishment of the crime

1. On December 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 0.05 grams of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs located in a single-use injection machine (hereinafter “one-time philopon”); (b) purchased approximately 0.05g of Melopon, which is located in the Defendant’s residence located in the same Gu E, by dilution approximately 0.05g of philopon which is contained in the single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s dwelling in the same Gu, around the same day; and (c) administered philopon in a way that the Defendant injecteds approximately 0.05g of philopon into the Defendant’s left arms.

2. On January 2012, the Defendant purchased D’s 10,000 won and approximately 0.05g of philopon, which was stopped in the vicinity of the Round market, from among the police officers of the Defendant’s residence, in the form of d’s philopon flopon 0.05g of philopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopter at the Defendant’s residence.

4. The Defendant: (a) around the same day as indicated in paragraph (3) above, around the near the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu H convenience store, received approximately KRW 0.24g of 0.24g of philophones from 1,50,000 won and sold them.

5. On June 3, 2012, the Defendant administered approximately 0.26 grams in the residence of the above Defendant, three times, and three times, respectively.
