A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

341,100 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On July 2014, the Defendant inserted approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine with G and H, respectively, at the office of “F” human resources operated by the Defendant (F) of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Etel building 203, in the office of “F” human resources, G and H, and psychotropic drugs, and dilution them with a single-use injection machine, and administered phiphones by means of injecting them into each of the following self-pacting cells.

2. On August 9, 2014, at around 18:14, the Defendant remitted 2.50,000 won of philopon to the Suhyup bank account in G, and purchased 0.3 gramlopon from G in front of the Jeju Southern-gu Incheon Southern Fire Fighting Center 421-18 Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, 119 Safety Center.

3. On February 7, 2015, at around 20:00, the Defendant administered opphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of opphones into a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s residence of the fourth floor of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and inserting them into the arms of the Defendant by injecting them into the blood cells of the Defendant.

4. At around 20:00 on February 8, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones in the above residence in the foregoing manner.

5. At around February 22, 2015, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that smokes from marijuana tobacco made by inserting approximately 0.5g of hemps in the above residence, in a manner that smokes from the string of the strings by inserting the strings into the strings.
