Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On May 16, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 10, 2019 in the Seoul Southern Prison.

1. 업무방해 피고인은 2020. 3. 19. 15:10경 인천 서구 B에 있는 피해자 C이 운영하는 ‘D식당’에서, 자리를 이동해 달라고 요청하는 피해자에게 화가 난다는 이유로 "야 이 개쌔끼야. 십새끼야"라고 큰 소리로 욕설을 하는 등 소란행위를 하여 약 10분간 위력으로 피해자의 식당 운영 업무를 방해하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases and crime prevention by police officers.

3. The Defendant’s act of assault on April 8, 2020 on the ground that the act of assault is the same as that of the foregoing paragraph 2 in front of the H District of the Incheon Southern-dong Police Station in the Namdong-gu, Incheon.
