A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2014, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Southern District Court to two years of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and completed the execution of the said sentence on October 14, 2015.

C.
