1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won;

On May 10, 2020, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.142% from the 1km section to C apartment from the front of the Daegu-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Large House on May 10, 2020 to C apartment.
