Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants were those who were the believers of the Daegu Jung-gu C church on September 25, 201, and were subject to one year of suspension from office from the above church on September 25, 2011, and were subjected to a disposition of dismissal on April 8, 2012, on the ground that they continued to obstruct the worship, and were subjected to an absolute dismissal from office. On the 22th of the same month, the attendance of a church was prohibited and the expulsion was made with the contents of expulsion at the above church.

From June 24, 2012 to 10:00 on June 24, 2012, the Defendants, together with D and E, moved to the fat gate of the above church and prevented the general members from entering the above church to see the boat a week. From around 10:50 on the same day, they entered the church gate with the visitors, and they continued to interfere with Defendant 1’s entrance on the same day by the following day: 10 on the day:50 on which they continued to go to go to the second floor of the church, such as going to the front floor through the entrance of the entrance, and going to dispute with the members; and 1:0 on the day they continued to go to go to do so; and 1:0 on the day they continued to go to go to do so.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly interfered with the worship with D, E, etc.
