A A Fine of 1,500,000 won, Defendant B, E, C, D, and F shall be punished by each fine of 50,000 won, Defendant G, H, and I.

Punishment of the crime

(2015 High 521) Defendant B is the head of the M church which is L in the original state, and Defendant A and Defendant C are the members of the above church.

The Defendants did not hold a position to hold a regular meeting every month with the victim N, who is a pastor of the above church, with the other members, in order to prevent the victims from entering the church to make a tugboat, and they did not want to make a claim against the victims.

The Defendants, along with the above church members’O, P, Q, D, R, T, and U, from April 12, 2015 to April 2000 of the same day, had the victim, who had arrived at the front of the first floor of the above church, left the entrance and prevented the victim from entering the library of the said church, by preventing him from entering the church of the said church.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with O, P, Q, D, R, S, T, and U and thereby interfered with the victim's towing service by force.

(2) The Defendants and their defense counsel asserted that the Defendants’ act is not unlawful as a legitimate act that does not violate the social norms, since they interfere with the worship for the purpose of holding a meeting necessary to clarify the corruption committed by the victims of wood.

However, taking into account the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence below, i.e., the victim was investigated by embezzlement, etc. but was prosecuted by the prosecution, and the fact that holding a meeting cannot be deemed as the only means to clarify the victim’s corruption, the Defendants’ act cannot be deemed as a justifiable act.
