Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a mutual livestock products-seller in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C.

No person shall sell, store or display for the purpose of sale under a disguised country of origin.

Nevertheless, between May 25, 2015 and October 26, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 12,648 g, U.S. beef (al.), approximately 1,655 g, U.S. beef (al.), about 1,654 g, about 849 g, and 5,425 g among them, and 3,511 g, U.S. beef (al.), and 1080 g, the country of origin of the instant business establishment from May 25, 2015 to Oct. 26, 2016, the Defendant asked 180 g, such as the country of origin of Chile, the country of origin of the instant business establishment, i.e., approximately 12,648 g, the U.S. swine beef (al. al. al.), and 180 g, the country of origin of the instant business establishment.
