Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who runs the retail business of livestock products with the trade name "C" in Ansan-si.

No person shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the origin.

Nevertheless, from February 14, 2013 to August 5, 2013, the Defendant purchased Mexico, U.S. swine 888km, 1,767km, and 182km in the U.S., and displayed and sold them to the display stand in the said C establishment operated by the Defendant, by falsely indicating the origin of 2.7km in August 5, 2013 (1kg, 16,000, 43,200 won in the market price) from D (E) located in Gyeonggi-do, and falsely indicating the origin of 3.6km (16,000 won per 1kg, 57,600 won in the U.S., 17,00 won in the country, and 182km in the U.S.’s country of origin and sale, each of which is equivalent to 200 g., 200 g., 400 g., 200 g.

In addition, for display and sale as above, 38.5kg of U.S. C., 38.5kg of U.S. C., 23.6kg of U.S. C., and 6kg of U.S. U.S. U.S. C. S. S. S. S. S. S. C.
