Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 24, 2014, while the Defendants: (a) stolen another’s bicycle, etc. on the street and conspired to send it to the Philippines by disassemblying each part of the parts; (b) discovered Lmpha bicycle in the victim’s market value, which is equivalent to KRW 3,50,000,00,000, in front of the incident where the victim was set up in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seoul Kimpo-gu D; (c) Defendant B reported the network around the street; and (d) Defendant A stolen the bicycle locks from around March 23, 2014 to remove and bring it out.
6. Until June 1, 200, bicycles totaling KRW 1,1270,00 were stolen on nine occasions, such as Nos. 1 through 6, 8, 10, and 11 in the annexed list of crimes.
2. At around 19:30 to 21:30 on May 9, 2014, Defendant A: (a) dismantled and stolen the bicycles owned by the victim H from a bicycle storage unit in front of the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to a scraper, and stolen the bicycles owned by the victim, as shown in the attached list Nos. 7, 9, 12 through 15, Defendant A cut off the 6,480,000 won in total over six times, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. At around 14:20 on May 24, 2014, Defendant A, without a vehicle driver’s license, driven an I 600cc CBR600 Otoba, which was stolen as set forth in paragraph (2), and driven approximately 1 km from 3-1 to 54-11 on the street of the same 206 U.S.-ro 206 U.S.
B. On May 24, 2014, at around 17:18, Defendant B driven a 100cc sporespores, without a motorcycle driver’s license, and driven approximately KRW 500 meters from the J in front of the Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front of the E in the same Gu.
