Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, each of the above punishments shall be executed for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who, around October 31, 2005, has been a spouse who has completed a marriage report with the victim C. A.

At around 14:00 on December 13, 2013, the Defendant had sexual intercourse with B on one occasion at a room where it is impossible to find out the heading room of the “Felel” located in the back part of the Dong-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul. D.

B. Around 20:00 on December 14, 2013, the Defendant had sexual intercourse with B on the backside of G Maribbb vehicle, which was parked in the parking lot for the So-dong, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, with B once.

C. Around 20:00 on January 15, 2014, the Defendant had sexual intercourse with B on one occasion at a room where it is impossible to know the room of “IMoel” located in H located in Young-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul.

On January 18, 2014, around 16:00, the Defendant parked Mabribro vehicle owned B in the Bupyeong-gu J Underground Parking Lot, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, and had sexual intercourse with B once from the back of the vehicle.

E. On January 23, 2014, around 10:30 on January 23, 2014, the Defendant parked the horse blive vehicle in the company’s underground parking lot B located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and had sexual intercourse with B once from the back of the vehicle.

F. At around 10:30 on February 6, 2014, the Defendant had sexual intercourse with B in a room where it is impossible to identify the 4th floor of “IMoel” located in the front of H located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul.

G. At around 11:00 on February 11, 2014, the Defendant had sexual intercourse with B one time with the lower end of the G Horsb vehicle in the company’s underground parking lot B located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu.

H. At around 12:30 on February 19, 2014, the Defendant had sexual intercourse with B one time at the inside of the Defendant’s residence located in Seocheon-gu L.

I. On February 26, 2014, the Defendant, at around 20:00, sexual intercourse with B on the back of the G Horsb vehicle B owned in the company’s underground parking lot B located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu.

(j) At around 10:00 on March 3, 2014, the Defendant had sexual intercourse with B one time in a room where the number of “IMoel” located in the front of the H located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 2014 is unknown.
