A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) supplied the Victim G (L, 45 years of age) operating F with E, a supplier of learning sites, etc., with E; (b) provided the EB English teaching materials; and (c) provided the victims with one another with an access to the EB English teaching materials; and (d) provided the victims with intent
1. Indecent acts by compulsion;
A. On June 10, 2014, the Defendant stated in the indictment at around 23:30 on June 10, 2014, on June 9, 2014, but it is apparent that it is a clerical error (investigative Records, 86 pages, 111 pages). Thus, the Defendant’s indictment is corrected.

B. At around 23:00 on June 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven the Defendant’s vehicle on the vehicle owned by the Defendant and parked on the road adjacent to the Gangnamnam University located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnamnam University at the request of the Defendant in order for the victim to get off the said vehicle, “the victim, who gets off the vehicle at the request of the Defendant, shall be forced to get off the vehicle.” (b) The victim, who was on board the vehicle, was able to get off the vehicle by hand, to take off the victim’s room on his hand, and to take off the victim’s hand in order to escape from the vehicle; (c) the victim’s head, k, ma, and knife the victim’s head while refusing to get out of the vehicle; and (d) the victim’s head, who was the victim’s hair, k, and knife the victim’s head.
