A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Provided, That the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is Buniversity architectural engineering and professor, and is the victim C (one, other, and 43 years old) who is a graduate student of the above architectural engineering and doctoral degree course.
On March 31, 2018, the Defendant, along with approximately 28 instruction students and graduates, sent up approximately 1 28 graduate laboratories to the Pyeongtaek-gun, Gangwon-do, for a fixed period of one night 2 days, and then called a coffee by communicating the victim to the Kakaox in his room first at the middle of the meeting.
