A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

From January 1, 2008, the defendant was in a de facto marital relationship with D who was the mother of the victim C from January 1, 2008 and was in a de facto marital relationship around September 16, 2008, and was in a marital relationship with the victim.

1. On January 2010, the Defendant 110 Dong 706, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, the E Apartment 110 Dong 706, was placed in the house room where the Defendant was living together with the said victim, with the panty of the victim (the victim (the victim aged 10) who was under his/her influence, and her fingers into the victim's panty, by putting the victim's sexual flag into the victim's panty, and putting the victim's hand into the victim's panty.

2. 피고인은 2013. 8. 20. 22:00경 자신의 처가 친정에 방문하기 위하여 집을 비우자, 위 아파트 안방에서 TV를 보고 있던 위 피해자(13세)의 바지와 팬티를 벗기고 브래지어 후크를 푼 다음, 피해자의 가슴을 만지고 피해자의 질 안으로 손가락을 집어넣고 혀로 성기 부분을 핥고 “정액이 나오게 이렇게 해 달라”라고 말하면서 피해자로 하여금 자신의 성기를 잡고 흔들게 하였다.

3. At around 21:00 on August 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) told the above victim to brush, and the said victim was on board the back seat of the Franna vehicle owned by the Defendant in the military apartment parking lot, (b) she was placed on the back seat of the victim; (c) she was placed in the victim’s entrance; (d) was kid by inserting hand into the victim’s titts; (e) was brus by inserting hand into the victim’s titts; and (e) was fluent by inserting hand into the victim’s panty line.

4. On August 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven the above vehicle at around 21:10, stopped the said vehicle near the bus terminal located in the Masan-si, Simsan-si; (b) moved the said vehicle to the rear seat of the said victim; and (c) sought to expand the part of the sexual flag by inserting the hand into the victim’s panty, and to put the finger into the water.

Accordingly, the defendant is a victim who has a blood relationship four times.
