Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2013, this Court sentenced the Defendant to a violation of the Narcotics Control Act, which was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and two months, and the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Detention Center on May 16, 2014. In addition, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows.

[2018 Highest 1124, hereinafter “1124”)

1. On February 11, 2018, the Defendant received approximately 501.69g ghon, which is a part of the name in the “C Sari-do” parking lot located in the Busan Jin-gu Busan, Busan, the Defendant received from the person who was unable to use his/her name, about 11:30 on the first day of February 201.

2. On March 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 10:30 on March 15, 2018, posted two transparent plastic bars containing approximately 9.13g of philophones in a bank from the third floor corridor of the building D in Suwon-gu, Busan; and (b) carried approximately 501.69g in total of philophones by inserting approximately 492.56g in a small credit cooperative located in the above D building E.

[2018 Highest 2820, hereinafter “2820”)

1. On June 4, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 1,200,00 from the F (one name G) to the H name passbook used by the Defendant, upon receipt of a request to request the purchase of the penphone from the F (one name G) on June 4, 2016. On the same day, the Defendant purchased and sold the unit of KRW 1,200,000 from the H name passbook (Seoul East-guJ) K EXE (KTX) starting from the I Station ( Busan East-guJ) letter of the train freight, using approximately 10 g of the cellphone, by means of sending the unit of 10 g of the phone to the BTX L basin, and by forcing F to receive it from the KTX L Station (Ma at the time of luminous name).

2. On June 14, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 1850,00 from F to a passbook in the name of the Defendant used by the Defendant. On June 14, 2016, the Defendant sent KRW 1850,000,00 from F, to the KTX hand luggage, which starts from the I Station on the same day, approximately 15g of the opphone into “A”, and a sign language “G”, and the Defendant sent F to the KTX L basin Cargo Center.
