Punishment of the crime

Defendants and I are not narcotics handlers.

Defendants and I paid their own money to create a philophone purchase fund, to purchase and sell Melographs (hereinafter “philophones”) which is a local mental medicine, and to seek a philophone purchaser by posting a promise to trade philophones with Defendant B and A to trade philophones on the Internet, and by posting an advertisement to sell philophones on the Internet. Defendant C bears the cost of purchasing philophones, and I takes the role of selling philophones.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On August 8, 2015, Defendant B and A received KRW 750,00,00 from the Seocho-si Office of the Government of the Republic of Korea, J 401, who expressed his/her intention to purchase philopon by phone to his/her name-free persons, and remitted the amount of KRW 7.50,000 to the account of his/her name-free winners, and I received approximately 0.7 g of philopon, sent from Busan to Seoul, which was sent by means of the letter of philopon (a total of approximately 3.5gg).

As a result, the Defendants conspired with I to purchase a local mental medicine.

B. On August 2015, Defendant B and A received 10,000 won from among the following places: (a) at the same place as above, Defendant B and A expressed their intention to purchase phiphones by telephone to the person in secret; (b) remitted 1.5 million won to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of K used by the person in secret; and (c) at the point of Busan, I received approximately 0.7 grams of small phiphones with approximately 0.7g of phiphones sent from Busan to Seoul (7g in total).

As a result, the Defendants conspired with I to purchase a local mental medicine.
