A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
5,000,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On March 7, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 1 million from D, located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant’s father F’s father, and then sent approximately 0.7g of the penphone-phone 0.7g to Dong-gu, Daegu-gu KTX Cargo, and had E receive the penphone at the G TX Cargo Center located in Seoul-gu around that time.
Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones.
2. On April 23, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 1 million from H to a national bank account in the above F’s name from a person who was unable to know a place not exceeding Daegu on April 23, 2015, and sent approximately 0.7 g of philopon to a large number of express bus freight, and had E receive philopon from J located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul.
Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones.
3. On May 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 1 million from D located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, to the National Bank account in the above F’s name; (b) sent approximately 0.7g of Handphones to Dong-gu KTX hand luggage; (c) around that time, the Defendant sent approximately 0.7g of Handphones to E from the above G handbook center to receive Handphones.
Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones.
4. On May 14, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 1 million from D, located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu, to the National Bank account in the above F’s name, and then sent approximately 0.7g of philopon in Dong-gu, Daegu, to Dong-gu, and had E receive philopon from the said G Cargo Center at around that time.
Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones.
5. On May 27, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 1 million from D in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, to the National Bank account in the above F’s name, and then sent approximately 0.91g of philopon to Dong-gu KTX hand luggage, and then had E receive philopon at the above GL center around that time.
