Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that all the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, the Defendants treated Metrophographs (hereinafter referred to as “philophones”) as follows.
1. No one shall widely inform or present information on the sale, etc. of narcotics to any third person via the Internet, etc., in advertisement of selling phiphones by Defendant A;
On October 28, 2017, the Defendant received a request from theO to request the advertisement of philophone sales by receiving KRW 50,000 won per day from theO while communicatings with theO posted on the Internet as “P” (SNS display). On November 28, 2017, the Defendant sold the philophone sales on the bulletin board of the Internet site “P. ICE. E. F. F. F. F. F. F. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L.C. on the bulletin board of the Internet site using a computer and cell phone at a non-permanent place located on or below the Gu-U.S. on November 28, 2017.
The title “,” posted an advertisement on the sales of phiphones at least 123 times on the same website from that time to December 16, 2017, including an advertisement on the sales of phiphones.

2.
