Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, as to the defendants, the above five years have passed since the date of this judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Although F, G, H, and I are not a narcotics handler, the Defendants assisted the handling of Metropha, which is a local mental medicine (hereinafter referred to as “philophone”), despite the fact that F, G, H, and I are not a narcotics handler as follows.
1. On September 2013, 2013, the public invitation process and role sharing F refers to the Defendant B, who used the funds procured by G, to enter Cambodia, and to enter the penphone supplied by H and I, into the Republic of Korea, and then delivered it to G.
