Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On November 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for four months and one year and six months for a violation of the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act (fence) at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence on March 29, 2017.

[Criminal facts] Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. Although no one may widely inform or present information on the sale and purchase of narcotics, etc. on the Internet, etc., the Defendant posted the phrase “D” on the bulletin board (Internet address: Internet address) of D Company website by accessing the Defendant’s house and a place of Cheongju-si, Hong-gu, Hong-gu, and 205 (hereinafter referred to as Cheong-gu) to a cell phone around November 1, 2017, and presented information on the sale and purchase of narcotics, etc. on the same Internet website from around November 16, 2017.

2. The Defendant: (a) placed an advertisement for the sale of phiphones via the Internet as set forth in paragraph (1); (b) attempted to report the advertisement and purchase phiphones; and (c) H “I” called “after setting up the terms and conditions of the transaction by using SNS Plux; and (d) intended to transmit the pictures of the place where phiphones are concealed in advance, and then sell phiphones by sending the pictures of the place where phiphones are concealed in advance.”

A. The Defendant: (a) around November 14, 2017, at around 09:37, the Defendant reported the Internet advertisement and expressed his/her intention to purchase the phiphone as H, and the building located in the Suwon-si J of Suwon-si, where the phiphone is concealed as a sampling.
