Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 20, 2016, at around 00:29, the Defendant: (a) confirmed the facts of the instant case to be dispatched to the site after receiving a report from the nearest person of the Defendant’s female-child movement in front of the D pharmacy, on November 20, 2016; (b) demanded the Defendant to open a patrol vehicle back and take a walk to the front of the female-child movement in order to have the female-child movement in the front of the D pharmacy and take measures for returning to the site after having confirmed the circumstances of the instant case; and (c) demanded the Defendant to have the female-child movement in the front of the D pharmacy in the front of the D pharmacy, and to immediately conduct the patrol until the her house, and prevented the Defendant from operating the patrol vehicle by getting off the bridge to the road to prevent the seat seat from going on the back of the patrol vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the dispatch of reporting 112 for the prevention, suppression, investigation, etc. of F and G crimes who are police officials.
