Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:20 on May 28, 2015, the Defendant stated that, “A male head is being raised by a woman,” in front of the C restaurant located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the police officers sent out upon receipt of the 112 report to the effect that “A female head is collected by the Defendant,” and that “A female head is found soon after the Defendant’s withdrawal of the measures to have the female head returned first,” and that “A female head is found soon after the victim’s police officer’s statement to the effect that “A female head is found,” and that “A female head is found as soon as he or she gets a woman’s head because he or she fell from E (nick, 25 years of age) belonging to the D police officer of the Seoul Mine-gu Seoul Special Police Station D police Station.”

Accordingly, in order for police officers to organize and leave the scene, E called "I see this report. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am on the patrol seat, and the police officer F am on the front of the patrol seat, and the defendant am on the front side of the patrol seat so that I cannot close the door above the front of the patrol seat in order to prevent the police officers from leaving the site, and the police officer was seated on three occasions in order to stop the police officers from leaving the site, and prevented the police officers from leaving the site, thereby obstructing the legitimate performance of public duties by the police officers on handling reports 112 by exercising force to prevent the police officers from leaving the site.
