A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant abused the fact that a karaoke machine business operator illegally sold alcoholic beverages in Busan Northern-gu C, as a weak point, and thereby was unable to pay the drinking value by taking the same attitude of drinking in the said karaoke machine and reporting it to the police.

1. Crimes against victims D;

A. On June 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a room for singing one-hour amounting to 15,000 won at a singing practice room operated by the victim of the damage in the north-gu Busan, Busan, on June 20, 2014; and (b) demanded the victim to pay KRW 15,000 from the victim for singing practice; (c) threatening the victim to “I know that I will engage in illegal business; and (d) caused the victim to waive the demand for payment of KRW 15,00,00 to pay for singing practice; and (e) on June 23, 2014, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to that amount; and (e) around June 23, 2014, the Defendant provided the victim with singing practice room operated by the victim of the damage in the north-gu, Busan; and (e) demanded the victim to pay KRW 15,00,000 to the victim for singing practice; and (e) demanded the victim to pay the amount of KRW 15,0.

3) On June 25, 2014, the Defendant was provided with one-hour singing room equivalent to 15,000 won at the market price at the instant E-sing practice room, and then asked the victim to pay KRW 15,000 from the victim for the payment of KRW 15,00,00 for the singing room. The Defendant threatened the victim that “I would know that I would engage in an illegal business. I would report it.” The Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of KRW 15,00,000 by getting the victim to waive the demand for the payment of KRW 15,00,000 for the singing room. (4) On June 28, 2014, the Defendant was provided with a room for singing one-hour singing at the said E-sing practice room and then was provided from the victim.
