A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

No. 6, No. 7, No. 12, and No. 13 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On October 18, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on the part of October 18, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 24, 2013.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a person dealing with narcotics, and thus is not a person dealing with narcotics, but is not a person dealing with narcotics to trade, administer, or possess mephones (hereinafter “culphones”), and shall not smoke or possess marijuana.

1. On April 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold phiphones, one-time injection device (10 cannon-faced cine cine cine cine cine cine cine cine cine cine cine cine cine cine cine cine cine cine cine cine cines; and (b) purchased and sold phiphones from 1,600,000 won in cash.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 23:00 on November 2015, the Defendant added approximately 0.03g of philopon from F to a disposable injection machine in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Etel A, Yeongdeungpo-gu, 513, and dilution with water, and administered philopon by injection into the Defendant’s arms.

B. At around 23:00 on February 2, 2016, the Defendant added approximately 0.03g of philophones received from F in a single-use injection machine in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Etel A at around 513 of the same Act, dilution with water, and administered phiphones by injection into the Defendant’s arms.

On June 2016, the Defendant, around 23:00, injected Etel A, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, containing approximately 0.03ghon-phones received from F in a single-use injection instrument, dilution with water, and administered phiphones by injection into the Defendant’s arms.

(d)

On September 4, 2016, the Defendant, around 21:00, injected approximately 0.03g of philophonephones cut from F in a single-use injection instrument in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Etel A at around 513, and dilution with water, and administered philophones by injection into the Defendant’s arms.

3. The Defendant of marijuana smoking: (a) around 12:00 on September 5, 2016, at approximately 0.5g of marijuana, 0.5g of marijuana, which was dried from F on tobacco pipe in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Etel A (513).
