1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

300,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

2. Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, as a couple, dealt with the Megatocule, which is a local mental medicine, even though they are not the person dealing with narcotics, as follows.

1. Defendant A

A. At around 15:00 on August 16, 2017, the Defendant administered philophone medication by inserting 302 Ecomher in D in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and dilution 0.03g of philophone into a single-use injection instrument, dilution with water, and injection with his/her arms.

B. Around 15:10 on August 16, 2017, the Defendant provided a philophone to B in a manner of inserting approximately 0.03g of philophone into a single-use injection instrument, dilution with water, and dilution with B’s arms.

2) On August 16, 2017, at around 17:00, the Defendant provided the instant Ecom 302, and the Defendant provided B with approximately 0.03g philophones to B so that B may use the philophone on a coffee.

2. Defendant B

A. On August 16, 2017, at around 15:10, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.03g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine and inserting them into the Defendant’s arms.

B. On August 16, 2017, at around 17:00, the Defendant administered philophones by means of pressing 0.03g of philophones on coffees and 0.03g of philophones on coffee.

Summary of Evidence

The application of the Acts and subordinate statutes to investigation report on narcotics (a criminal suspect's additional collection charge) by the Defendants' legal statement;

1. The Defendants: Articles 60(1)2 and 4(1) and 2 subparag. 3(b) of the Narcotics Control Act and the choice of punishment for the crime; the Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment;
