Defendant

A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on December 1, 2016, and the execution of the above sentence was terminated on February 2, 2018. On April 28, 2017, Defendant B was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on April 28, 2017 and completed the execution of the above sentence on December 13, 2017.

1. 피고인들의 필로폰 매수 피고인 B은 2018. 3. 10. 21:00 경 부산 사하구 하단 동에 있는 상호 불상 주점에서 피고인 A에게 필로폰 매수를 위해 10만 원을 건넸으며, 피고인 A은 같은 날 21:30 경 인근 E 앞길에서 F으로부터 필로폰 0.4g 을 건네받은 후 피고인 B을 만 나 G 오피스텔 906호에서 위 필로폰을 각 0.2g 씩 나누어 가진 후, 2018. 3. 12. 10:00 경 H 대학교 정문 앞에서 F에게 필로폰 대금 55만 원을 지급함으로써, 피고인들은 공모하여 필로폰을 매수하였다.
