1. As to the Plaintiff:

A. On December 15, 2015, the list of designation and disposition of private documents (attached Form 1) shall be made.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On January 28, 2013, the Plaintiff’s vehicle B owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “the instant vehicle”) at the East Sea Police Station and the instant vehicle.

3) The Plaintiff was unable to use the instant vehicle and obstructed the Plaintiff’s exercise of rights on the instant vehicle due to the Plaintiff’s failure to use the instant vehicle under the name of another person after having reported the Plaintiff’s loss of the number plate by falsely using the number plate of the said vehicle (hereinafter “number plate case”).

B) On February 1, 2005, C filed a complaint with the purport that “A conspiredd with the offender” was filed on or around February 1, 2005, and around March 4, 2013, C filed a complaint with the purport that “D” was denied the Plaintiff’s application for registration of transfer of ownership on the instant vehicle and abandoned the Plaintiff’s application for registration of transfer of ownership without justifiable grounds.

With respect to each of the above complaints on April 3, 2013, the prosecutor of the Gangnam Branch Office of the Chuncheon District Public Prosecutor's Office dismissed each of the complaints on the ground that the statute of limitations has expired for the complaints against C under 3115 of the Gangwon District Public Prosecutor's Office of Chuncheon District Public Prosecutor's Office in 2013, on the ground that the complaint against D had no authority to register the transfer of ownership.

(hereinafter referred to as “non-prosecution case”). (b)

On October 21, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a complaint with the Gangseo-gu Branch Office of the Chuncheon District Prosecutors' Office to the effect that "C manufactured the vehicle number plate of the instant vehicle and violated the Automobile Management Act by forging it on or around February 1, 2005."

On November 27, 2013, the prosecutor of the Gangnam Branch Office of the Chuncheon District Public Prosecutor's Office dismissed the above complaint on the ground that the statute of limitations has expired by 11019 by 2013 penal code.

C. On August 31, 2015, the Plaintiff submitted to the Gangwon District Public Prosecutor’s Office of Chuncheon a written petition, such as demanding the re-investigation of the case, demanding the replacement of the public prosecutor in charge.

The prosecutor of the Gangnam branch office of the Chuncheon District Public Prosecutor's Office shall not have the right to institute a public prosecution on November 16, 2015 under the jurisdiction of the Gangwon District Public Prosecutor's Office of Chuncheon District Public Prosecutor's Office 2015 Petition134, the statute of limitations has expired.
