A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 13, 2013, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million at the Seoul Central District Court to a violation of the Guarantee of Compensation for Motor Vehicles Act and issued two times the same attached records.

1. Violation of the Automobile Management Act;

(a) Any person who takes over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, on May 2013, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle to the competent authority, even though he/she acquired Dless motor vehicle under the pretext of real repayment of D's claim for borrowed money from the D's house located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, for the transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle.

(b) No person related to forgery or use of a registration number plate shall forge, alter or use a registration number plate, etc., or trade, arrange for the trade, give or receive, or use forged or altered registration number plates;

Nevertheless, the Defendant kept the registration number plate attached to the rocketing vehicle in front of the rocketing vehicle listed in the preceding paragraph from the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Office in accordance with the arrears of the administrative fine, and the Defendant attempted to forge the registration number plate and attach it on the vehicle and operate the said vehicle.

On November 201, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a new apartment 101-5 type A4 underground parking lot located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, in the middle of 13:00, 55-5, colored a green sign; (b) opened a board with the size of the registration number plate; (c) forged the E-registration number plate by inserting an A4 type a cryle in the construction site with the same size as the registration number plate for the old sea; and (d) forged the E-registration number plate by attaching it to the cryle as above; and (c) attached it to the front cryer of the above vehicle from January 21, 2017 to the front 10:00 on January 21, 2017.
