Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) found on the front day of the gold village located in the Geumju-si, Geumju-si; (b) 11:00, the Defendant acquired a cream card owned by the victim C, which was lost by the victim C.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim and embezzled the property as he had on his own mind.

2. Fraud;

A. On May 11, 2017, the Defendant purchased 5,000 won (5,000 won) of Ma Sin-si Ma, Pari-si, Pari-si, Pari-si, Pari-si (hereinafter “Pari-si”), and presented the Agricultural Cooperative Card owned by the Victim C as if he/she was his/her physical card, and had the Victim F make payments, thereby taking profits equivalent to the same amount.

B. On May 11, 2017, the Defendant purchased I equivalent to KRW 2,900 at the market price in H located in G at P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in the same manner as of May 11, 201, and presented the Agricultural C’s physical card acquired as one of its own physical card and had the victim J settled the same amount of financial benefits.

On May 11, 2017, the Defendant calculated the bathing expenses of an amount equivalent to KRW 4,000 in the market price from L Ba, which is located in K on May 13:49, 2017, and presented the 3rd Card owned by the Victim C, such as the above 4,000 won, as if the 3rd Card was his body card, and had the victim MM settle it, thereby taking economic benefits equivalent to the same amount.

3. Violation of the Act on specialized credit finance business;

A. Defendant 2 presented the victim’s physical card that he acquired as above “2-A” and signed a false signature on the sales slips, and used another person’s physical card acquired by receiving goods illegally.

B. Defendant 2 presented the victim’s physical card that he acquired as above “2-B-B” and signed with the victim’s physical card on the sales pre-sale slip, and denied another person’s physical card that he acquired by receiving the goods.
