A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 12:00 on June 7, 2015, the Defendant acquired the E-automobile number plate, the victim D lost, before the restaurant of “C” in the Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun.

However, the Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the above E number plate to the victim, in mind that he/she would use it as the front number plate of his/her FE car that was confiscated due to tax delinquency.
