A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1 and 2 shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months in the Daejeon District Court for the crime of forging air defense, etc., and the same year.

9.4. The judgment became final and conclusive.

1. On April 2015, the Defendant: (a) around the residence of the Defendant in the Seocho-gu Daejeon Warman, Daejeon; (b) around December 2014, the Defendant posted a acrylic plate with a vehicle number plate in a size sufficient to attach a green vinyl on that part; and (c) attached a vehicle number plate in the front part of the truck owned by the Defendant to a female stringer with a female stringer “C” on a acrylic plate; and (d) operated the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a forged car number plate.

2. Forgery and events of air defense;

A. On April 10, 2015, the Defendant produced a car number plate stating “C” without authority for the purpose of exercising the said license plate by removing the said license plate on the grounds that the automobile tax, etc. of the said vehicle was in arrears at the Gu office, and in the Gu office, on the grounds that the said license plate was removed.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged one motor vehicle number plate without authority for the purpose of exercising the right.

B. The Defendant above A.

At the time and place stated in the port, the “C” car number plate forged as above was attached to the front part of the truck owned by the Defendant and operated the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a forged car number plate.
