A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 22, 2014, at around 15:00, the Defendant forged a car number plate, which is an air defense, in a manner attached to the double iron plate, where blue tampers are attached, with a white tape, for the purpose of exercising in the Defendant’s residence located in Sung-gun D.

2. On December 26, 2014, the Defendant attached a forged motor vehicle number plate at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1. Around 21:00, the Defendant used a forged motor vehicle number plate at the same time to use the forged motor vehicle number plate by operating a vehicle with a forged number plate attached at approximately 50 km section of the Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, and at the same time using the forged motor vehicle number plate.
