1. The Defendant forged a private document with an intention to open and use an account under C’s name, using his/her driver’s license certificate.

A. On January 25, 2011, the Defendant entered “C” and “E” in the name of “C” and signed in the name of “E” and the signature in the signature column in the form of a written application for joining, which was kept in the name of “C” in order to exercise the right to open an account (Account Number: D) in the name of “C” at the Dong-dong post office located in the Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the application form in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On September 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) prepared an application for membership in the name of C in the name of C at the Gyeyang-dong post office located in Gyeyang-si, Yangsan-si; and (b) forged an application for membership in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Exercising the relevant investigation document;

A. On January 25, 2011, the Defendant applied for the opening of an account under C’s name to a staff member who is unable to know his/her name that he/she could not know of the forgery at the said school office, and exercised the forged application as stated in the foregoing 1.A. as if it was duly formed.

B. Around September 4, 2013, the Defendant applied for the opening of an account under C’s name to a staff member who is unable to know his/her name that he/she may not know of the forgery at the same Dong-dong post office, and exercised the forged application as if it was duly formed.

3. Fraud: (a) the Defendant is operating the victim G with “I hotel next to H” on April 24, 2016 on a vehicle parked in effect automatic in Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si; and (b) as J.
