A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

An interested person of a specific fire-fighting object shall take necessary measures to install, maintain, and manage fire-fighting systems ordered by the head of a fire station in accordance with the fire safety standards.

The defendant is the owner of Daegu Jung-gu C, and the building is the neighboring residential facilities, which are specific fire-fighting objects.

As a result of the comprehensive precise inspection of the building around November 30, 2015, the Defendant received orders for correction and supplementation on nine occasions until December 28, 2016, such as notification of nonconformity and receipt of corrective orders from the Fire Station in Daegu on December 30, 2015, by December 30, 2016, but failed to comply therewith.
