Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the possessor of the cel located in Sacheon City B.

An interested person (owner, manager, or occupant) of a specific fire-fighting object shall maintain and manage fire-fighting systems and escape and fire-fighting facilities while operating accommodation facilities in which many and unspecified persons have access.

Nevertheless, the Defendant issued an order to take measures as a result of a special fire-fighting inspection ( April 27, 2017) due to a failure to conduct a self-inspection and the period for supplementation ( May 1, 2017).
