1. The counterclaim of the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff), H, the Master Construction of Master Ship Company, and the Korea Asset Trust Company.

Basic Facts
A. Defendant FF Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant F”) is a construction contractor of a new construction and sale of J apartment on the ground of 168,203.00 square meters in Sejong Metropolitan City (hereinafter “In Mancheon City”), which is a multi-family housing with a scale of 1,680 square meters on the ground of the 68,203.0 square meters in Sejong Metropolitan City (hereinafter “In Mancheon City”), and Defendant H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant H”) is a joint contractor with the implementation of the above project. Defendant F and Defendant G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant G”) are the joint contractor with the implementation of the above project. Defendant F and Defendant G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant G”) are a multi-family apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) with a scale of 1,287 square meters on the ground of 65,758,950 square meters in Yong-si in Incheon Special Economic Zone, which is a multi-family housing with the foregoing I’s land J and K-Ground’s ground.
(2) The Plaintiff, B, and C concluded a sales contract with Defendant H as to the above I’s ground J apartment as indicated in the list of sale in attached Form 4, respectively. The Plaintiff, B, and C concluded a sales contract with Defendant H as to the above K’s ground J apartment as indicated in the list of sale in attached Form 4. The Plaintiff E concluded a sales contract with Defendant Korea Asset Trust as to the above K’s ground J apartment as indicated in the list of sale in attached Form 4.
B. Under the location condition of the apartment site of this case, I and K are located near the dynamics of Yong-do, an island located in Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu.
Young-do west-do is located in and around Incheon International Airport, and an airport new city is developed around it.
An airport railroad was opened in November 200 and was opened in March 2007, which led to the Yong-si and Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon.
