1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant, including the parties, is a company concurrently engaged in the construction and sale of R apartment units (hereinafter “instant apartment”), which is a multi-family housing with a scale of 585 square meters on the ground of 29,048.805 square meters above that of Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City. The Plaintiffs directly concluded a sales contract with the Defendant for the instant apartment units.

(hereinafter) The sales contract between the plaintiffs and the defendant is called "the sales contract in this case".

Under the location condition of the apartment site of this case, Q, which is the site of the apartment site of this case, is located near the Dong-do of Yong-si, which is an island located in Jung-gu, Incheon.

Young-do west-do is located in and around Incheon International Airport, and an airport new city is developed around it.

In November 200, the Young Gyeong-do, which combines Young-do and Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, was opened to November 200, and the airport railway was opened in March 2007, and the Incheon Gyeong-do, which combine Young-do and Seo-gu, was opened in October 2009.

The defendant's advertisement for sale is the defendant's company, Hanyang, New Construction Co., Ltd., and Mami Construction Co., Ltd., which has built apartment sites in the field of Young-gu.
